HOW IT WORKS
The Airmega 300S Air Purifier has two activated carbon filters to trap light odors on each side of the air purifier. After air passes through the pre-filters, it passes through the Green True HEPA Filters which traps pollen, allergens, and other airborne particles.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
The Airmega 300S is a smart air purifier that can be controlled by an app on your own wifi-enabled device. The app allows the user to see local air quality data, personal indoor air quality, program and schedule the air purifier function, and see when filter changes are due. A particle sensor allows the air purifier to automatically change to one of three filter speeds to clean the air more efficiently. The Airmega 300S has a 1, 2, 4, or 8 hour shut-off timer as well as a handle to easily move the air purifier. It is an Energy Star certified air purifier.
FILTER CHANGES
There is one HEPA Filter and one pre-filter on two sides of the air purifier. The pre-filter can be removed by opening the side panels and using the plastic tabs to pull out the pre-filter. It can be washed by vacuuming or rinsing under water. The filter indicator light can be reset by holding down the filter indicator button for 3 seconds.
The HEPA filters are changed by removing the side panels and using a tab on the top of the HEPA filter to pull the used filter out. Then simply place the new filter in and return the pre-filter and side panel. Reset the filter indicator by holding the filter indicator button for 3 seconds. HEPA filters should be replaced annually.
AIR FLOW AND POSITIONING
Air is pulled in from both sides of the air purifier and filtered air is blown out the top of the air purifier. Place the air purifier so as not to block the airflow on the sides or top of the air purifier.
