How It Works
The AirPura Basic Carbon Blend Filter is a two inch filter with eighteen pounds of carbon designed for mild to medium chemical, gas, odor and smoke filtration. Used for water filtration and in military gas masks, the carbon can absorb 60% of it’s own weight in airborne chemicals. The Basic Carbon Blend Filter should be changed every two to five years for optimum filtration efficiency.
